What if there were no animals in the world?

What if there were no animals in the world? First of all, that would mean that I wouldn’t have my Bella and that would be devastating. That would also probably be the start to a horrible world. I cannot imagine the world without animals. Not only wild animals but pets as well. Pets are like family members for so many families. I would be so lost without my baby girl Bella and I know tons of people who feel the same way. Even for elderly people, pets are such great companions and they love you unconditionally and for an older person, their pets are all they have left sometimes. Also, I would be out a job along with many many other people. There would be no need for veterinarians or technicians and the unemployment rate would skyrocket. I know I would be out of luck seeing as how I want to be a veterinarian. But not only would all that be happening, the world would be hungry. Almost all of the world depends and relies on animals for food. I would have to say that it is a safe assumption to say that almost all restaurants would be out of business. I would hope that the world wouldn’t turn to cannibalism but it wouldn’t surprise me if it happened. People would do whatever it took to stay alive and I would hate to see how the world and people coped with no animals. Life would be a nightmare. No one ever thinks though about how bad off the world would be without animals but if you just sit down and actually think about it, we wouldn’t be able to function. Chaos would break out and the world would be doomed. I am just so glad and thankful that we do have animals and that we don’t have to worry about that happening.

What if you could hear people's thoughts for a day?

What if you could hear people’s thoughts for a day? If I were able to just walk around all day and hear what people were thinking I would, first of all, probably have a pretty bad headache. I would want to really test my family and friends. My friends mostly and see how they reacted to me and the things I say. That would be the true test of someone’s personality of whether or not they were being fake to you or really loved you for you. I would probably be surprised and shocked as to how people thought differently than they say. I know that I probably wouldn’t want people to hear what I was thinking. I’m not saying that I am a total witch to people in my head or that I’m totally fake but I am quick to judge and I shouldn’t be that way cause I could hurt someone’s feelings pretty badly if they could hear my thoughts. To be able to hear people’s thoughts would be a scary thing. You would have to be able to take criticism with a grain of salt and ignore things that you heard. I couldn’t do that because I’m too much of an emotional person and I take things to heart. I would learn a ton about people however and I would learn the way people thought. It would be a great learning experience to be able to hear thoughts but I do not think that I would want that responsibility. Let’s just say that I would most likely be glad that it was only a temporary gift and not a permanent one. I might lose my mind if I could hear thoughts for the rest of my life. This gift would be interesting but scary at the same time.

What if you won a million dollars?

What if you won a million dollars?? If I won a million dollars, first of all I would probably faint, second of all, I would have to sit down and really think about what to do with it all. I would start by putting some of it away into a savings account. Then, I would go and pay off all my debts or accounts that I owed money on. I would also help out family members and loved ones that were in financial trouble. I would then pick several organizations to donate to. If I won the money today, I would donate a good portion of it to the HOPE HAITI organization. They are in such desperate need of help and to know that I could potentially save lives and help many people after such a tragedy would be so rewarding. I would then donate a large sum of the money to the humane society and to organizations like the ASPCA. I might even open up my own animal shelter and adoption facility to help with the overpopulation of animals. It breaks my heart to know that an animal has only three to five days to get adopted from a shelter before they are euthanized. Therefore, if I could open up my own shelter, it would be a no-kill shelter and a place where people wouldn’t feel guilty for bringing a stray animal. Then, not to sound selfish or anything, but anything I had left over after helping everyone and everything, I would go shopping and spend the rest on myself! I would refurnish my place of living and would probably donate all the clothes I already had and buy all new clothes. That is if I had that much left to be able to do that. I would be a happy girl if I won a million dollars!

What if you had the power to heal people?

What if you had the power to heal people? How would you choose to use your power? I would definitely help all my family members who are sick or have had an illness. I would love more than anything to take my stepmoms pain away that she has had since she was twelve years old. I would go to places like Haiti that desperately need medical attention. People are dying there left and right and all I can do is sit here. It is heartbreaking to just think about all the poverty in the world and how much damage is done to a society that has no medical help or anything and they basically live with the concept of survival of the fittest in mind. How awesome would it be to be able to take the pain of so many people away? To save the lives of people all around the world and knowing that you have the power to do so would be a great feeling. However, with that comes a lot of responsibility. That power could easily be taken advantage of. You would have to be careful of how you used that power and not to get emotionally involved in many of the people that you encountered. You could save the life of someone that has been shot, for example, and the person that shot them could come after you because you saved their original target. Just things like that have to be taken into consideration because as stupid as it may seem, in our world, I wouldn’t put that past anybody. But none the less, having the ability to save to lives of so many people and heal them of their pain would be one of the most satisfying jobs or gifts that a person could ask for. Just be careful how you use it.

What if all our worries were eliminated???

What if all of your worries were eliminated?? Well if all of my worries were eliminated I would be one happy camper. I always worry about everything and to worry about stuff is meaningless. Now, of course it is natural and normal to worry about family members and loved ones, but is it really worth it sometimes? I usually worry about people and I get myself so worked up and stressed out, and if that were eliminated I would be so much better off. Worrying is a quality that causes aging, gray hair, and craziness. The world in general would be a better place without worries. I know someone who has spent her whole life worrying about everything. Her job, her parents, her husband, her kids, everything, she was worrying about it. And I cannot tell you how much happier and how easy her life would be if she never had to worry. She never would have developed a medical condition because of it, she never would have been admitted to the hospital for panic attacks. All of this could have been avoided if all our worried were eliminated. Think about how much money the government spends because of worries. All the national security measures that are being taken and all the troops we are sending overseas, it’s all because of worries. Now I’m not saying that the government wasn’t given a reason to worry because they definitely were but when you think about it, everything could have been avoided. I’m also not saying that people shouldn’t care about their loved ones, pets, etc. but I feel that there is a distinct difference between caring and worrying. Worrying does no good to anyone or anything and is a meaningless act. I would be the happiest and so content without all my worries.

What if animals ruled the world and people were the pets??

What if animals ruled the world and people were their pets? First of all, the world would most likely be complete and utter chaos. Everything would be complete opposite of what it is now. We would have more pet stores than grocery stores. There would be no need for cars, roads or interstates. There would be no need for telephones or technology because animals are not capable of running those types of things. Veterinarians would be making the money doctors make and vice versa. People would be kept in cages, walked on leashes, and have to obey their animal owners. Oh how crazy and messed up this earth would be. However, in a world where animals ruled instead of humans, there would most likely be less crime. Animals are incapable of shooting guns or carrying knives. We would need a lot less police officers and law enforcement, in my opinion. Also, the extinction rate of wildlife and endangered species would rapidly decrease because humans wouldn’t be around to hunt them. That could also mean overpopulation though. In a world where animals rule and humans are pets, there would be no shopping malls or restaurants. On the other hand, churches and religion would most likely be eliminated because animals have no need for that. The world would be a dark and lifeless place to live. I think that humans would be miserable because animals wouldn’t be able to take care of people the way we can take care of them. Animals are wonderful and amazing creatures but they are meant to be pets and not rule the world. And thank goodness for that too because I don’t know what I would do if all the sudden one day my cat was my owner and I was the pet. So good thing the world turned out like it did!

What if...

What if... every wish made upon a star come true? Everyone would have everything they ever dreamed of. Would that really be a good thing? Maybe some people wish for things like happiness, love, or world peace. However, maybe others wish for things more harmful than harmless. Maybe more than one person wish for something that only one of them can have, what happens to the other people's wish? Also, if people knew that all their wishes were granted, the ability to make a wish would be taken advantage of and everyone would be wishing for everything. A young girl might be wishing for love when maybe she's really not ready. A mother may be wishing for her son to stay close to home when he wants to explore the world. An actress might wish for a certain role in a movie when someone else could play it better. What would happen if someone wished something crazy like bringing a loved one back to life? Would that wish have to come true? What about someone making a wish that could change history or the past? How would that wish even be possible to come true? Maybe a husband is wishing for a divorce and a wife is wishing for her marriage to work out and last a lifetime. Would wishes like that cancel each other out because they are contradicting and conflicting? So many things could happen and the world would be in complete and utter chaos if every wish upon a star came true. Life is complicated enough without everyone’s wish coming true. The last thing people need is to worry about someone else’s wish that comes true affecting them and how they live their life. So let’s just say… it’s a good thing that every wish upon a star doesn’t come true.
